Project management
The project management is carried by members of International Projects Centre at Faculty of Organization and Informatics. The project management team efficiently and effectively coordinates and manages project activities.
Effective coordination of the activities of the project comprises the day-to-day management and communication with the Contracting Authority as well as at consortium level. This includes overseeing all aspects of quality assurance, risk assessment, financial reporting including audit, and servicing the Project Steering Committee (PSC). It also entail ensuring the full participation of partners and associates in quick and efficient decision making, and if conflicts do appear, avoiding delays by resolving them constructively.
PSC is the top decision making body responsible for planning, coordination, direction, monitoring and evaluation of all project activities; it guides the staff in achieving its tasks and also discuss and take decisions on the issues of financial management and schedules of activities.
For every work-package are defined team leaders.
